Lessons in this path

01

CRM course 01 — Navigate CRM and build reliable customer identities

CRM brings together customer identity, enquiries, possible purchases and the work needed to move a relationship forward. Start by learning which record answers which question. An Account describes an organisation or customer relationship. A Contact describes a person. A Lead captures interest that needs investigation. A Deal describes a particular possible purchase. Saving any one of them does not create the others or establish an agreed sale.

CRM course 02 — Capture enquiries and manage accountable opportunities

A useful enquiry record tells another person what the customer wants, what is still uncertain and who is taking the next action. This chapter follows that information through Leads, Deal lifecycle controls, chronological Notes and linked Board tasks. It does not treat a saved record as a qualified purchase or a task assignment as proof that work is complete.

CRM course 03 — Read commercial documents and hand off agreed work

Commercial records connect a possible purchase to proposed scope, price and terms. Their version and state matter as much as the headline amount. This chapter explains the Quotes workspace, document header and line fields, then shows how to carry an agreed baseline into Finance and delivery without confusing an offer with an invoice or a payment.

CRM course 04 — Build audiences and prepare broadcasts

A campaign audience defines who should be considered for a communication. A broadcast contains the message and its delivery plan. Neither a matching record nor a Subscribed label proves that the person agreed to receive the particular message. This chapter connects audience rules, suppression, message composition and preview so that you can prepare a purposeful communication without confusing a draft with a send.

CRM course 05 — Manage journeys renewals and forecasts

Customer work continues after the first enquiry. Journeys organise repeated follow-up, relationship views bring together commitments, Renewals prepare continuation decisions, and Forecast helps review possible future business. These screens answer different questions. An active sequence is not a completed customer outcome, and a forecast is not recognised revenue or cash.
