Prepare an enquiry page

Decide what visitors can request, which details you need and where enquiries should go.

Before you start: Know the offer, the intended audience and the teammate who will handle responses. You need access to Pages and the intended CRM space.

Steps

  1. Write one sentence describing the visitor’s next action. Be specific: requesting a conversation is different from booking an appointment or buying a service.
  2. Draft a headline, short explanation, form title and success message that describe that same action. Remove template claims, testimonials, prices and links that do not belong to your business.
  3. Choose the smallest useful set of fields. For a simple enquiry, First name and Work email may be enough. Specify why you need each field and whether it must be required.
  4. Confirm the workroom, then open CRM and find the intended space. Check that the people handling enquiries can access it. Agree who will take the next action; a space name alone does not establish ownership.
  5. Return to Pages and search for an existing draft before creating another. If you need a new page, select New Page, choose the template you want and select Use Template. Wait for the saved Draft.
  6. In Inspector → Page, review Page name, Slug, SEO Page title and SEO description. Give the draft a recognisable internal name and replace default metadata as part of the content build. Wait for All changes saved, then reopen the draft and check the saved name and metadata.

Expected result

You have one draft or identified existing page, a clear offer, a minimal field plan and an agreed place for enquiries to be handled.

Remember

Do not promise an automatic email or booked meeting unless that follow-up is actually configured. Optional fields also need a plan: decide whether the handler will read them in Submissions or through a supported CRM mapping.
