Review and refine a CoBrain answer
Correct an AI draft without losing the facts that were already right.
Review and refine a CoBrain answer
Read an answer for meaning, not only for fluent writing. Small additions can change a business message: “needs review” is different from “review is booked” or “Alex will finish it.”
Before you start: Keep the original facts or source beside the answer you want to improve.
Check the whole answer
1. Read each sentence and compare its names, dates, quantities and states with the source. Look for added owners, promises or dependencies as well as obvious factual errors.
2. Identify the exact wording that needs correction. If the source says “The checklist needs one review,” an added “before proceeding” introduces a rule that the source did not provide.
Ask for a focused revision
3. In the same Message CoBrain conversation, say what to change and what to preserve. For example:
Change the second bullet to “Checklist needs one review.” Keep the other two facts and the original deadline. Return the three draft bullets only.
4. Select Send message once. When the revision appears, reread the whole answer—not only the sentence you asked it to change.
5. Confirm that the revision still includes every required fact and has not introduced a different date, owner or completion claim. If a short draft is almost right, you can also make the final wording correction yourself.
Know when the draft is ready
The draft is ready for your next decision when its material statements match the source and its format meets your request. It is not automatically ready to send to someone else: check the audience and whether the facts are still current first.
To revisit the conversation, use Search titles and saved messages and open the matching result.
Avoid this shortcut: Removing an unsupported claim is better than repeatedly regenerating until the answer sounds convincing. Accuracy comes from comparing it with the facts, not from confidence of tone.
