Lessons in this path

01

Pages course 01 — Build a clear page in the editor

Pages brings together visitor-facing content, a form and the handling of its responses. A useful page tells the visitor what they can request and gives your team enough information to take the next step. This course follows a simple example: an enquiry about an initial planning conversation. It is not an instant report, a booked appointment or a purchase.

Pages course 02 — Configure forms and CRM routing

A form collects structured answers. A route decides where selected answers should go. Required fields, mapping and processing are separate: a field can be required without being mapped to CRM, and a saved active route can exist before any response has run through it. This chapter explains the Form Widget and a minimal Lead route.

Pages course 03 — Publish and trace an enquiry to CRM

Publication, visitor access, stored responses and CRM handling are separate results. A page can say Published while its intended address fails, and a success panel can appear without proving that a response was retained. This chapter explains the Publish Inspector and the complete trace from one approved submission to its destination.

Pages course 04 — Read results and maintain a reliable page

A page needs review after launch as well as before it. Content can become misleading, a route can send the wrong value, or a correctly captured enquiry can remain unowned. Analytics helps you see patterns, but a high conversion number cannot compensate for a broken handling process. This chapter explains the reporting and maintenance screens and gives you a practical diagnosis sequence.
