People learning to use Workroomly Pulse
Pulse is an attention and request-tracking surface. It helps you find work, but a summary count does not replace the originating record or the evidence needed for a decision. Start with the intended workroom and an account permitted to read the relevant information.
Open lesson →Requests answers “where is my request?” Approvals answers a decision-oriented question for the current account. A request in manager review is not necessarily assigned to you, and an Approve button does not establish your business authority.
Open lesson →Pulse is useful only when its signals lead back to the same business record. This chapter follows stage changes, resolves stale or incomplete views and prepares a precise handoff without confusing approval with payment, receipt or delivery.
Open lesson →Open Workroomly beside the lesson, build one connected motion, and leave the business running better than you found it.
