About this path

Navigate BI spaces, dashboard shells and Studio readiness; prepare reproducible reporting definitions and checks. A separate Finance report example illustrates reconciliation, not native BI analysis.

What you’ll learn

People learning the available BI workspace and reporting-readiness workflow

  • Identify BI space, dashboard and Studio state without mistaking a shell for analysis
  • Define a reproducible measure, source grain, cutoff and reconciliation plan
  • Recognise unavailable dataset and native execution prerequisites
  • Apply scope-checking principles to a separately identified Finance report example

BI course 01 — Navigating BI and checking reporting readiness

BI organizes analysis spaces, dashboards and reporting work. A saved dashboard is not necessarily a populated report. This course teaches the actual available screens, a reproducible reporting method and a separate demonstrated Finance report comparison. Where BI datasets are not ready, it does not invent chart, query, publish or access outcomes.
